    • A full assessment of your current position, either in person or via a video of your workplace

    • Assess what policies, procedures, EDI initiatives you already have

    • Assess any employee feedback via iTrust, individual interviews or your existing feedback methods (I can provide a questionnaire for you to distribute to staff)

    • Discuss my findings with you and make suggestions regarding changes you could make

    • My training options and assistance implementing any changes can then be discussed, depending on findings and budget available

    • Starts from £45/hour

    • A short course designed to include awareness of what is neurodiversity and its effects on the business and the individuals

    • It includes strategies to use based around my Five Pillars.

    • It is a 1-hour course, priced at £75

    • This course includes the Awareness part from above course but then goes into more detail

    • It is designed for leadership and managers to have a better understanding of how to support their neurodiverse employees.

    • This is 2hrs long and costs £195

    • This course includes the Awareness, as well as the effects on the business, effects on the individuals, with a focus on strengths and characteristics

    • It then provides guidance on how to make reasonable adjustments and change company strategies to accommodate the neurodiverse employees, in order to ensure they can be themselves and not mask, and so the business can get the most from them

    • It includes videos and role play of various workplace scenarios, which will provide enough knowledge and suggestions on how to make the changes needed to be truly inclusive

    • Duration is 4hrs and cost is £395

    • This course includes everything from 'Managers Course' but provides more strategy ideas using more scenarios

    • I work through your pain points and issues facing you, and address them with bespoke suggestions and action plans

    • This is a full days course (8hrs) and costs £695

    • This is 12 months of Full Support* from me which includes Assessment, training, exploring your recruitment practices, policies and procedures, new strategies and working methodologies

    • I help implement new practices and deal with any issues that have arisen

    • Costs start from £2,495 depending on size and location of business
