I am delighted to have partnered with Diversity & Inclusion In Construction C.I.C (DIIC) to provide training to the construction industry. You can find out full details of the courses available below.
I believe face‑to‑face delivery is the strongest way to teach. It lets me use my skills fully and bring a style that’s personal, engaging, and emotionally memorable. Attendees leave with new knowledge, new skills, and a genuine shift in how they feel.
I also understand that travel, locations, site conditions, time, and availability can make in‑person sessions difficult to arrange.
That’s why I offer a blended programme. Some training can be completed through video recordings of me delivering the Awareness and Introductory courses. These can also be taught live online, which is a strong alternative when in‑person delivery isn’t possible.
Courses 3 and 4 work best with at least part of the training delivered face‑to‑face, especially the scenario work. The first section can be done remotely, followed later by a shorter in‑person session.
All courses include a Tool Kit - an electronic guide filled with strategies and helpful tips. Many of these are explored during the courses, along with IT ideas and software suggestions to support your team. There is also a Situations Kit - a set of real-world scenarios with clear scripts and short videos to guide you through everyday workplace situations.
